The Maughan Amplifier Company was
established in 2003 by Bernard and Vivienne Maughan.
A keen pianist, Bernard has
maintained a life-long and passionate interest in music
and sound reproduction. He designed and built his first
valve amps back in the mid-60's when he was still at
school and over the years has repaired and restored
a wide range of both vintage and modern valve amps as
favours for his many musician friends.
